We are the leading manufacturer of micro-processor based RF induction heating equipment. Our company was established in 1986 and is privately held. (See our Timeline) We manufacture our products at our ISO9001:2000 certified facility in Scottsville, New York, a suburb south of Rochester. Ameritherm products are sold worldwide through a network of Manufacturer's Representatives.

Worldwide Product Installations

Wherever you are in the world, odds are you're not far from an Ameritherm installation. What We Offer

RF Power Supplies — 30 W to 250 kW deliverable output power with 5 kHz to 485 kHz operating frequency range. Our products feature 100% solid state design for unsurpassed reliability, microprocessor control for process repeatability, and continuous automatic tuning for maximum power delivery. Our power supplies are used for applications such as brazing, annealing, glass-to-metal sealing, curing, heat treating, bonding, material testing, hot forming, outgassing, catheter tipping, wire tinning, pin sealing, semiconductor assembly and getter firing.

FREE Laboratory Evaluation — At our Applications Lab in Scottsville, NY, we are constantly evaluating and developing new applications for precision induction heating with our advanced solid state technology.
We invite you to send us samples of your parts for a NO CHARGE evaluation and system recommendation. Let our experienced lab engineers analyze your parts and process requirements, and give you their best advice. You are welcome to visit the Applications Lab at any time to work on your application, or discuss your process with our induction experts.

Small Production Runs & Process Development—We offer the facilities and staff of our Applications Lab for brazing, heat treating, metal bonding, adhesive curing, melting, heat staking and many other processes. Our experienced engineers will process your parts with speed, accuracy and consistency.

Consulting Services —Hire our induction heating experts to evaluate an induction heating problem, determine cause and effect, and recommend cost-effective solutions. Over the years, our experienced laboratory staff has performed this service for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Installation & Initial Start Up Assistance with Extended Warranty—To assist you during installation and initial startup of your Ameritherm equipment, we offer the services of a field service technician on site for two days. The technician will provide technical direction and instruction in the operation and maintenance of your equipment. Service & Support — Our Service Department is ready to assist you with prompt in-house repairs or field service. In-house repairs are completed at our Scottsville NY facility. Maintenance Contracts, rental purchase plans, plumbing retrofits (for units purchased prior to 1991), replacement PC boards and coil service are also available.
